Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations and reschedules. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule without charge, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment start time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Less than 24 hours' notice: a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service may be charged.
- No-show (no notice): the full session fee may be charged.
- Package sessions forfeited due to a no-show count as a used session.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time so the next patient is not affected. The full session fee applies.
Illness
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule — even on short notice. We will waive the late cancellation fee for illness and do our best to accommodate you at the next available time.
Package Validity
Purchased packages are valid for the period stated at time of purchase. Sessions do not roll over after the expiry date. Package fees are non-refundable but are transferable to an immediate family member.
